On
a Sunday afternoon we often walk between Lliber and Jalon for a little fresh
air and a cup of coffee
This week we had an added incentive because there was a two day Medieval
Fair in Lliber
We
knew from the published programme that we would miss the parades and mock
battles, because they were having a rest between 2pm and 5pm!
Despite
this we were very impressed with the number and standard of the stalls and static
displays
The
main road through the village was closed and the narrow streets, and the
square, were crowded with visitors and traders
Not
sure what this static bird display was about, I think you could have your photo
taken with one of the birds. No takers
whilst we were there, and the birds looked pretty bored.
The
locals had set up a long table with a very tasty looking paella….
…plus
a smaller table for the smaller locals
